Job Description:



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be confident in dealing with visitors, handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.



* Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the relevant person or department.
* Answer phone calls professionally and manage emails promptly.
* Maintain a tidy reception area at all times.




Required Skills & Qualifications:
