The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit staff to join our operations. The positions will primarily be Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant, although you may be required to recruit for Operations positions also.

You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing. This will involve drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates.

You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates. Headhunting 'recruiters' from rival agencies will also be a regular responsibility.

This role requires previous experience within a Recruitment specific role (whether internal or agency). You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active. Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results You should be goal orientated & target driven IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
