Join to apply for the Senior Engineer, Equipment Engineering-2 role at Analog Devices.
Location: Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland. This role will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility at the Limerick site, and the successful candidate will perform the duties described below.
Responsibilities
* Support daily operation of the semiconductor manufacturing facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
* Lead cross-functional teams in a systematic, data-driven approach to continuous improvement and make informed decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement of KPI’s for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) and Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF).
* Provide exposure to electronics, high vacuum, pneumatics and robotics.
* This is a Monday–Friday-based role.
Qualifications
* Education: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).
* Experience: 6–10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
* Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why) and First Time Right repair skills.
* Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
* Prior experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is desirable.
