Donegal Salary €45,000 - €65,000 + package About the Company Leading Contractor who has been awarded multiple new commercial projects across the West/ North West. Would suit someone from Donegal or Derry They require a setting out engineer for a new build commercial development in Co. Donegal with a minimum run time of 2 years on it. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' setting out experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland. Ideally having worked on commercial projects. Successful person will oversee subcontractors works, set out, work with design team & architect, assist with quality management & inspections. ??????'????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????-????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????,????????????????????????????????! The Role Monitoring works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Work with design team to identify any issues that may arise and help deal with them in a timely manner. Interpreting drawings and setting out works Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project. Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Manage a team of engineers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure productivity levels on site are high. Supervise works. Requirements A Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior role with a main contractor/ developer in Ireland. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
