Payroll & Benefits Specialist – 80,000 Euros + Bonus – Dublin
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
This role is fully office based
The Role:
* Payroll Management
o Oversee monthly payroll processes for London, Dublin, and New York offices.
o Review payroll instruction files to ensure all required changes are accurately captured.
o Verify that updates are correctly reflected across employee payslips.
o Reconcile payroll reports and ensure consistency and accuracy of payroll data.
o Process payroll changes and produce detailed reconciliation and reporting.
* Benefits Administration
o Manage benefits for all three locations, including remittance, reconciliations, and processing of joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
o Administer pension schemes and 401(k) plans.
o Execute payroll year-end procedures.
* HR Support and Communication
o Assist the Head of HR with benefit plan design, renewals, and strategic planning.
o Communicate benefit plan details effectively and conduct onboarding/offboarding benefit meetings.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries across all locations.
* Stakeholder Coordination
o Act as liaison with third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.
