About Your New Job As a Fermentation Technician, youll support the R&D Fermentation Team in producing bacterial products at both lab and industrial scale. In this role, you will: Prepare media and operate fermenters, including small and large-scale setups. Run essential equipment such as boilers, compressors, centrifuges, and freeze dryers. Perform milling and packing of freeze-dried products. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the fermentation facility, ensuring it is fully resourced. What Skills You Need to Become Fermentation Technician Minimum Level 5 qualification. Background in food manufacturing, dairy, or brewing is a plus. Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
