Shape the future of modern luxury at our R&D Software Development campus situated in Shannon. Develop cutting‑edge software and computer vision alongside global experts to make our iconic vehicles safer, smarter, and more capable than ever before. Use your expertise to deliver an exceptional driving experience and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Let’s create an exceptional future together.
Help shape the tools behind the vehicles of tomorrow. You’ll lead the delivery of next‑generation test‑management solutions that power innovation across JLR’s engineering teams.
As a Delivery Lead – Test Management Systems at JLR, you’ll own the direction and delivery of a critical product suite within our enterprise Test Platform. Working with pioneering technologies and teams, you’ll translate complex engineering needs into practical solutions, unlocking smarter, faster, and more reliable testing. This is your chance to push boundaries, influence how products are built, and grow your impact within a culture that values curiosity and continuous learning.
bWHAT TO EXPECT

Defining and evolving the roadmap for Atlassian‑based test‑management tools, aligning to engineering, validation and compliance needs
Translating complex requirements into clear, prioritised backlogs, enabling consistent delivery across engineering and test teams
Collaborating with stakeholders across product, QA, DevOps and programme teams to ensure shared priorities and successful outcomes
Leading release governance, UAT and risk management, maintaining stability and audit readiness across platforms
Enhancing tooling and processes through cloud technologies, APIs and emerging capabilities such as AI‑driven solutions

bWHAT YOU’LL NEED

Strong experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Xray and Confluence, including workflow design and reporting
Experience delivering test‑management or engineering platform solutions within complex environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, with exposure to tools such as Git or Jenkins
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, alongside scripting or coding experience in Python
Ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities and lead delivery with clarity and confidence

Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome. If you’re unsure that you meet the full criteria of a role – but you’re interested in where it could take you – we still encourage you to apply. We believe in people’s ability to grow and develop within their role.
Hybrid working is a voluntary, non‑contractual arrangement providing employees more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work. Some roles require more on‑site work; details of this can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview stage.
