We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing requirements set out in the sites IED License, Greenhouse Gas Permit, and other environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the company adheres to local and corporate environmental standards
* Provide Technical Assistance for environmental programs, including air emissions, wastewater discharges, soil and groundwater management, surface water management, waste management, and environmental noise control
Responsibilities include:
* Create a positive culture for environmental performance
* Facilitate the implementation of various environmental programs across the site
* Assist in implementing the conditions set out in the sites new IED Licence and Greenhouse Gas Permit
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field
* Minimum 4 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
* IED Licence is essential
