Job Description:
Our company is a leading provider of mobility solutions worldwide, operating in 100 countries with over 300,000 lifts utilizing our technology. We are seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our Repairs team at our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate repair jobs to ensure timely completion, safe execution, and effective budget management.
* Maintain accurate and timely paperwork for all repairs.
* BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through regular updates, feedback, and clear communication on project progress.
* Liaise closely with the Repair Manager to complete Risk Assessment & Method Statements prior to commencing any works.
* Supervise a team of repair engineers and subcontract laborers by utilizing their skills effectively while providing ongoing training support for maximum performance improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities coupled with good interpersonal skills. They will be required to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team environment.
