The firm advises business owners, shareholders, private companies, investors and management teams on a range of strategic and transaction-related projects. Their work includes company sales, acquisitions, management buyouts, fundraising, valuations, financial modelling and wider corporate advisory assignments.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of mandates, the firm is now seeking to add an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager to the team.
The Opportunity
As Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing Corporate Finance assignments from initial client engagement through to completion.
This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, analysing businesses, managing deal processes and advising shareholders on key strategic decisions.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, support junior team members and work closely with senior leadership on high-quality advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the execution of Corporate Finance and M&A transactions.
Lead financial analysis, valuation work and commercial assessment of businesses.
Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks, investor materials and client presentations.
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
Conduct market research, buyer/investor mapping and sector analysis.
Support buy-side, sell-side, fundraising, debt advisory and strategic advisory projects.
Liaise with clients, funders, investors, private equity firms and professional advisers.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate workstreams with legal, tax and finance teams.
Review trading performance, business plans and working capital requirements.
Support, mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Assist with business development, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
Your Background
Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Restructuring, Corporate Development or a similar advisory environment.
Strong financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment skills.
ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification would be beneficial.
Strong Excel, financial modelling and presentation skills.
Experience preparing investment papers, information memorandums or client reports.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with business owners, investors and senior stakeholders.
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in deals, businesses and the Irish advisory market.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a growing boutique advisory firm.
