What we look for
* A passion for guest service and outstanding hosting qualities
* Completed training in hotel or restaurant management and solid front office experience
* Confident handling of relevant departmental IT systems, ideally with experience in Opera Cloud
* Leadership skills, organizational strength, and a high awareness of quality
* Team spirit, reliability, motivation, and sense of responsibility
* Strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience
* Willingness to work early, late, and occasional night shifts, as well as readiness for cross-departmental collaboration and support
* A well-groomed, stylish appearance and excellent manners
* Very good German and English skills, additional languages an advantage

* As Reception Team Leader, you are a warm and committed point of contact for our guests at all times
* You communicate proactively with our guests, provide hotel recommendations, and share valuable local tips
* You lead, motivate, and coordinate your team in daily operations
* You organize workflows and ensure smooth processes at the Front Office as well as consistently high service standards
* You handle written and telephone inquiries and forward them to the relevant departments as required
* You support the Front Office Manager with special requests and complaint management, providing quick, solution-oriented responses
