Full Time Demi Chef de Partie In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen.
To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment.
Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.
Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene.
Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.
To assist in other sections of the Kitchen when required.
Candidates need to meet the following criteria: - Have 3rd level qualification.
Have previous kitchen experience in each of the roles.
Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of guests.
Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail.
Full training is provided, however, working as part of a team, he/she will be guided by the Senior Team.
Working schedule is from Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.
