Collaborate closely with colleagues in HQ and Country Offices to strengthen programme quality through Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (PMEAL) and Project Cycle Management (PCM) systems.
Support the development and roll-out of organisational policies, standards and tools to enhance PMEAL/PCM.
Enjoy the chance to travel and support Trócaire staff and partners in their programme quality activities in DRC, Lebanon, Syria, South Sudan, Sudan, and Myanmar.About Trócaire Trócaire is an International NGO.

Find out more atRequirementsYou will report to the Head of Programme Impact and Learning (PIL).
The job opportunity will be offered on a full-time basis for 1 year and will be based in Maynooth, Co.
Kildare, Ireland.We'd love if you have strong technical expertise in PMEAL and PCM, along with proven experience in designing and implementing PMEAL systems in both development and humanitarian contexts, including using digital data collection, analysis and visualisation tools.
Experience in facilitating training, mentoring and peer learning, and in reviewing PMEAL components of project proposals and donor reports, would be beneficial.
As this role involves support to Country Offices and partners, it is crucial that you can collaborate effectively across different cultures and backgrounds and have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
