Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop effective prospecting strategies
* Create and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas
* Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our products or services
* Contribute to shaping the future of the company by introducing new business opportunities
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English languages
* At least 9 months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR position
* Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm about surpassing targets
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
