What You'll Be Doing:
* Working in an agile way to meet business demands by supporting sales of used devices and accessories through reverse auctions.
* Customer onboarding and contracting, including leading contract negotiations.
* Using data analytics to identify trends and issues in operational activities and providing root cause analysis with the extended team.
* End-to-end management of customer orders via our SAP system, including past due, accessory and early pull-in's.
* Determining fair value for direct sales to customers and providing feedback via the demand request tool.
* Providing timely feedback to customers when issues arise.
* Supporting the development and running of RFx's.
* Assisting sourcing managers in booking savings.
* Supporting the wider Sourcing team as needed.
* You will also be expected to take on additional projects as required to support business needs.
What We're Looking For:
You're a problem-solver who pays attention to detail and drives change. You're an excellent relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills and think creatively and analytically.
You'll need:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* A willingness to continuously learn new tools, solutions and emerging technologies.
Even better if you have:
* Experience in telecommunications.
* Experience in Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain or Strategic Sourcing support roles.
* Certifications in CPSM/CPM/CIPS/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma.
* The ability to define and develop work products, deliverables and provide ideas for improvement.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience with Ariba, SAP, Google Suite and Microsoft Suite applications.
* The ability to lead meetings, conference calls and give presentations to large audiences.
Where You'll Work:
* This hybrid role includes working from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
* This role supports US operations and requires working some Irish public holidays, with time off managed in line with Verizon's policy.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5
