Key Responsibilities
* Assess nutritional status using clinical, biochemical, and dietary data
* Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to medical conditions and patient goals
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
* Provide therapeutic dietary advice for conditions such as diabetes, renal disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and malnutrition
* Educate patients, families, and carers on nutrition-related health management
* Support patients with enteral and parenteral nutrition when required
* Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care
Requirements
* BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
* CORU Registration
* Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam
* Willing to undergo Garda Vetting
* International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)
