A leading engineering & construction company with a presence across many EU countries is looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager.They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead and enhance risk management practices across the organisation. This role will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify, assess, and manage strategic and operational risks, while also promoting a strong, proactive risk culture.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust enterprise-wide risk framework and ensuring a consistent, integrated approach to risk management across the business.Responsibilities:Partner with management to identify, assess, and manage risks impacting strategic, operational, and financial objectivesDesign and implement a dynamic enterprise risk management framework aligned to emerging risksDevelop and embed best practice risk policies, procedures, and ways of workingPromote a strong risk‑aware culture across the organisationSupport teams in understanding their risk exposure and embedding risk into decision‑makingEnsure consistency and integration of risk management practices across all business areasDesign and deliver training, workshops, and communications to enhance risk awarenessDevelop reporting frameworks to provide clear insights to senior leadership and the BoardExperience:Proven experience as an Enterprise Risk Manager or in a similar role within a commercial environmentStrong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and practicesExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑focused approachStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organisationStrong base salary and package attached.
