Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Role
The selected candidate will assume responsibility for implementing operational enhancements aligned with HIQA standards.
They must demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and creativity in their interactions with staff and residents.
The successful individual shall oversee the receipt of new residents,
and provide guidance and supervision to care and nursing staff across various aspects including orientation, training, development organizing co-ordinating guiding supporting motivating monitoring evaluating performance.
