Job Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's commercial electricity, gas and heat pricing strategies.
* Support the production of commercial & Residential electricity, gas and heat prices and tariffs.
* Prepare price and information for tenders/quotes for larger customers.
* Monitor prices offered and benchmark Conduct competitor analysis to better understand the market landscape.
* Evaluate competitor offerings and utilize findings to enhance customer experience and expand customer base.
Closely collaborate with Forward Trading, Finance and Commercial sales teams. Focus on two key areas: Commercially Focused and Customer Focused.

Key Responsibilities: Commercially Focused
* Commercial Pricing Support: Collaborate in producing commercial & Residential electricity, gas and heat prices and tariffs.
* Tender Preparation: Prepare price and information for tenders/quotes for larger customers.
* Market Analysis: Monitor prices offered and benchmark Conduct competitor analysis to better understand the market landscape.
* Competitor Evaluation: Evaluate competitor offerings and utilize findings to enhance customer experience and expand customer base.
* Billing Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely billing through the customer lifecycle.
* Price Risk Management: Work with hedging team to manage and report on price risk.
* Trade Execution: Assist in day-to-day trading activities and participate in a rota executing trades for commercial customers.
* Reporting: Produce board reports on commercial activities and exposures.

* Customer Inquiries: Address price related queries for internal and external customers.
* Trading Support: Provide trading support to our customers and serve as a point of contact.
* Market Insights: Assist in provision of market insights to customer base.
* Customer Experience: Collaborate with commercial sales and billing teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
* Renewable Energy Guidance: Assist commercial customers in their green energy transition by providing guidance on renewable energy solutions.
