Data Steward 3 days a week onsite Dublin 2 11 months initial contract Salary €66,000 Role: This role will involve developing deep domain expertise around B2B products (e.g. Slack, Salesforce, Mailchimp), and leveraging this human intelligence in knowledge base enrichment, content review, data curation, and other similar tasks. We are looking for people who can help us all the way from establishing and carrying out fully manual curation and review work to working with the Engineering teams in automating and scaling this work. Your work throughout the contract will involve: *Researching, reviewing, and curating data about companies products and services from different sources to expand and improve the Products and Services Marketplace *Liaising with Engineering and Product Management to create and improve guidelines, processes, and annotation tasks *Develop and apply in-depth expertise for how our customers perceive and think about our categorization of entities *Establishing quality assurance processes and performing quality assurance analysis to ensure that existing and new data meets the required expectations *Providing a human intelligence aspect to scaling with cutting edge machine learning methods, including Generative AI applications such as ChatGPT *Acting as the point of contact for partner teams regarding classification decisions and helping the Support team to provide a world-class member experience *Reviewing and analyzing large quantities of data in an SLA-driven environment with the aim of balancing out quality with scale Minimum Qualifications Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Detail-oriented and hard-working; not discouraged by repetitive manual tasks Strong problem solving and abstract thinking skills Analytical skills with high attention to detail Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology Educated to a degree-level with a preference on research-heavy fields Ability to understand and apply complex task-specific instructions with minimal supervision Knowledge of tools for natural language processing - bonus points for experience with Appen or other data labeling platforms Experience in establishing processes to scale and automate manual operations Previous experience working in a startup or similar environment that requires wearing multiple hats Experience with SQL and/or Python Experience with Google Sheets or Excel Knowledge of and/or interest in Natural Language Processing ??Send your CV + Cover Letter ??to with subject ??Data Steward?? ??? ?? ?? ???? ???? ?? ????? ? ?? ??
