We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.We're looking for a motivated and talented Paralegal to join Tinder's Legal team in Dublin to provide transactional and day-to-day legal support for Tinder's marketing and comms teams in EMEA and India. This position will report to Tinder's Director, Senior Counsel and will be based in Dublin.This is a great opportunity for a passionate paralegal to join a strong team with a diverse set of backgrounds, self-described as friendly, highly collaborative, well-liked and hard working. How you will make an impact :You will assist with the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, such as agency and master services agreements, talent and influencer agreements, social impact and sponsorship agreements, partnership, sweepstakes, contests and other promotional and vendor agreements under the supervision of senior Legal team members.You will facilitate the contract lifecycle management process, including helping our Tinder business partners to scope work and track key contract milestones, as well as assist in-house attorneys in contract negotiations.You will support day-to-day collaboration with Tinder's EMEA and India marketing and comms teams and provide legal review for Tinder app user interfaces and creative assets.You will respond to Tinder business partners' legal inquiries and identify and escalate legal issues as necessary.You will conduct research on various legal matters, including consumer protection laws and regulatory compliance. Help to maintain knowledge resources and prepare training presentations and guides for Tinder business partners.We could be a match if : You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the transactional legal field as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Contracts Administrator or related role. Experience with B2C user-facing and technology industries is a plus.You hold a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate from an accredited or otherwise recognized paralegal or legal studies program (e.g. AMA or NALP).You are proficient in working with productivity and collaboration tools and software such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Google Workspace, Monday and Office Suite.You have demonstrated the ability to draft, review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance.You have experience with marketing law, intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection issues, and working with in-house attorneys to draft and negotiate marketing and tech transaction contracts.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.You have strong fact-finding, drafting, research, writing and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.You have a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with both legal and non-legal teamsWhat the team's like ?
