Job Overview
As a Contractor Safety Coordinator, you will gather and evaluate all safety-related documents and verify insurance compliance with Dot Foods requirements across all locations.
What You'll Do
1. Set up and manage Dot Foods, Inc. internal Contractor Safety Program at all locations.
2. Monitor and analyze TRIR, DART, COI, OSHA 300 Logs, and EMR.
3. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA safety programs.
4. Develop and maintain safety documentation and records.
5. Ensure onsite contractor evaluations are completed as required.
6. Provide training and support to contractors on safety protocols.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to promote safety culture.
8. Apply Lean principles to identify and eliminate waste.
Minimum Qualifications
* Occupational Safety degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Knowledge of TRIR, DART, COI, OSHA 300 Logs, and EMR.
* Familiarity with OSHA and EPA safety guidelines.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills and organization.
* Attention to detail.

Role Specifics
* Travel - Occasional travel for training and meetings. Must be able to travel independently by all modes of transportation.
