Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal secretary to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors, including transcribing dictation, preparing legal documents, compiling briefs, pleadings, letters and other legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Transcribe dictation with high accuracy
* Prepare legal documents, including court papers and witness statements
* Compile briefs, pleadings, letters and other legal documents
* Correspond with clients, witnesses and counsel
* Filing and general administrative support
* Diary management and organization
