What's the role?
We are looking for a Claim Advisor to manage Motor and Home Property claims from start to finish.
You will take ownership of your claims portfolio, using your judgement and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for our customers.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin.
Key responsibilities
Manage claims from first notification through to settlement
Apply technical knowledge and sound judgement to make fair decisions
Work with internal teams and external experts to progress claims efficiently
Support the resolution of escalated or complex cases
Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey
What we are looking for
1+ years' claims handling experience in motor or home insurance
APA qualification in line with MCC requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A detail-oriented, organised approach to managing tasks
A team player who takes ownership and responsibility
A focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business
