Job Title: Hotel Financial Director
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Director to oversee financial operations at two properties for our hotel group, with further expansion plans in the near future.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Manage the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and team.
* • Weekly and monthly forecasting/budgeting.
* • Financial analysis and reporting.
* • Production of monthly Profit & Loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
* • Audit and control. Preparation of Quarterly Reports for Bank Manage working capital, cash flow, capital, expenses in line with budgets/ revenues. Identify risk exposure effectively manage financial risk to create preserve value ensure effective systems controls place.
The Ideal Candidate
piduals must have a minimum three years experience as Financial Controller (ACCA/ACA qualified) within hotel/hospitality industry group-cluster experience advantage.
