We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated, fun-loving person - a people person and a natural leader to guide and run our day-to-day business. Restaurant Manager key responsibilities will include: Maximising sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations. Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations including ordering, stock management, cash duties, recruiting, rostering & training. Managing revenues; phones & reservations emails, yield management & average spend. Responding efficiently & accurately to our restaurant & customers' needs. Motivating and managing your team to provide excellent customer service. Leading your F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel to improve productivity. Maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals. Organising and supervising shifts. Ensuring health and safety (HACCP) regulations are all adhered to, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. Maintaining our restaurants reputation. Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste. Meeting and greeting customers, organising table reservations and offering advice about menu and wine choices. Conducting all opening, closing and operating duties as per written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the area assigned. Annual Salary €45.000-€50.000 depending on proving experienced.
