We are continually looking for experienced professionals to join our team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive HSE management systemsEnsure compliance with Belgian/EU safety regulations and standardsLead safety inductions, training programs, and toolbox talksConduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsManage incident investigation, reporting, and corrective actionsOversee permit-to-work systems and high-risk activity controlsCoordinate with contractors on HSE performance and complianceManage environmental aspects, waste management, and sustainabilityLead emergency response planning and crisis management proceduresPrepare HSE reports, KPIs, and regulatory submissionsInterface with regulatory authorities and client HSE representativesManage HSE team and coordinate with site managementQualifications8+ years HSE management on major construction projectsProfessional HSE qualifications (NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, CMIOSH)Extensive knowledge of Belgian/EU safety legislation and standardsExperience with large-scale construction projects (€100M+)Background in data center or mission-critical facility projects preferredStrong understanding of construction hazards and risk managementIncident investigation and regulatory compliance experienceData center construction safety requirements and protocolsAdvanced risk assessment and safety management capabilitiesTraining delivery and behavioral safety leadershipFluent English; local language skills desireableStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilitiesWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
