Purpose of Role This is a permanent in-house Compliance Analyst role in Pantheon's Dublin office, reporting to the DP with responsibility for Distribution. The overall purpose of this role is to assist with the work undertaken by the compliance and distribution team in Dublin & globally.Key Responsibilities Maintain and oversee the existing distribution oversight frameworkIdentify areas for improvement in distribution oversight frameworkLiaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to pre-marketing, marketing and management passportsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations of distribution activities across relevant jurisdictions.Collaborate with various teams regarding the registration new funds in relevant jurisdictions.Assisting with the AML/KYC checks of prospective investors; preparing KYC certifications and AML Schedules of new investors and draft letters of introduction to third partiesCollate information and assist in the preparation of routine regular and ad-hoc regulatory reporting, including filings to regulators including the CBI, FCA, CSSF and AEDGlobal Compliance Monitoring Program – assist with the testing of the firm's adherence to regulatory guidelines and policies & procedures, including applicable reporting of results to Pantheon's boardsAssistance with the review & recordkeeping of marketing materialAssist with quarterly reporting to the Board of the AIFMAssist in maintaining and updating policies and proceduresCompliance recordkeeping associated with adherence to the Global Code of Ethics – personal trading, outside business activities, gifts & entertainment, etc.Coordinate with internal groups (tax, finance, operations, human resources, marketing, client services and investment teams)General administrative and routine tasks (e.g., filing, upkeep of various recordkeeping logs including but not limited to Training, Conflicts of Interest, Breaches & Errors / Disciplinary Log, Restricted List, Registrations, etc.)Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conductKeeping up to date with industry trends and evolving regulationsSkills and Experience Required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) and Adobe Pro and PDF editing skillsAttention to detail, approach work methodicallyWillingness to learn, ask questions and seek information forma a global perspective, proactive approach, a desire to solve problems and improve processCooperative demeanor, ability to work with different personalities, excellent communication skills and team-playerGood organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflowStrong time management skills, including the ability to work independently and to work on several projects simultaneouslyGood timekeeping and prepared to work flexibly on different types of projects to meet the needs of the businessBachelor's degreeKnowledge & Experience preferred but not essentialKnowledge of CP86, AIFMD, UCITS or MIFIDExperience with private equity or other alternative investments or asset management is a plusExperience in a relevant funds-distribution focused role Experience with Funds that use external Distributors is an advantage#LI-SB1
