We are Alkimii, a fast‑growing Irish SaaS company transforming how hospitality businesses manage people, property and operations.
The platform is used daily by hundreds of hotels to streamline workflows, improve communication and make better operational decisions across web and mobile.
What’s the opportunity?
This is the chance to build something that matters and own how marketing connects to sales using modern prospecting tools, enrichment platforms and AI.

Identify the right accounts.
Build targeted prospect lists.

Alongside this you will manage PPC campaigns, giving you a broad and varied remit.
What will you be doing?
Core responsibilities

Use tools like Clay, HubSpot, FullEnrich and AI to identify target accounts and build prospect lists.
Map accounts and contacts into HubSpot and maintain high data quality.
Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and InMail.
Qualify leads against ICP and ensure smooth handover to Sales.
Implement and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
Conduct market research and contribute to competitive insights.
Join weekly catch‑ups with Marketing and Sales to review performance.
Analyse campaign and list performance and report regularly.

Expected outputs

Clean, structured and regularly updated prospect lists.
Active outbound campaigns with measurable results.
PPC campaigns live and optimised.
Clear weekly reporting on performance and lead quality.

What we expect from you

Hands‑on experience with prospecting and enrichment tools (Clay, FullEnrich or similar).
Proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
Experience running PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, lists and campaign tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive, curious and solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work.
1+ year experience in lead generation, growth or digital marketing.
Fluent in English.
