Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to communicate project progress, address issues, and maintain strong relationships.
* Review project plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
* Direct and supervise site staff, including engineers and managers, to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
* Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification.
* Have main contracting experience, preferably on residential development construction projects.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project circumstances.
* Hold technical and practical knowledge of the building industry, with a focus on residential construction.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
