Our multinational consultancy client, in Dublin City Centre, has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver HR support and advice across career all various business functions.
Hybrid working on offer with 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Provide expert knowledge of Human Resources – e.g. career management, performance achievement, compensation, Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law Demonstrate and utilise Excel and Powerpoint, to provide relevant and requested HR data .
Work in busy, high- volume HR environment Manage HR transactions/case load assigned via ticketing system Maintain HRIS employee profiles, via Workday Escalate requests as required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HR Qualification, desirable HRIS experience Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills Excellent HR commercial understanding Workday knowledge, desirable For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth, or
