To lead the HR Business Partnering function within the Ireland HR team, aligning people strategies
with business objectives across all departments.
This role acts as a strategic advisor to senior management and the Head of HR, ensuring that HR initiatives drive performance, support organisational change, and foster a high-performance culture.
HR Business Partnering
Partnering with management to provide 360 support through coaching and consulting on various areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, change programmes and annual C&B cycles
Manage the employee relations climate, ensuring that all cases are handled promptly, fairly, and in alignment with company policies and legal requirements
Use MI insights and workforce trends to influence and shape decisions
Promote the right culture, reflecting the objectives and values of the Company
Use insights from employee surveys to drive better engagement in business areas
Mentor and develop junior HR advisors, ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact HR support
Learning & Development
Deliver on Learning and Development plans
Support succession planning, career growth and talent review exercises such as a talent matrix
Identify learning programmes, partnering with external subject matter experts to create relevant content
Oversee new LMS, enhancing learning engagement
Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Conduct regular "customer experience" meetings with management to gather direct feedback on the learning and development offering and identify opportunities to enhance the service
Talent Acquisition
Manage the TA function to deliver on the Talent Acquisition strategy that integrates workforce planning and market availability analysis.
Promote employer branding and articulate a compelling employee value proposition, positioning Utmost as an employer of choice, to ultimately support direct sourcing.
Enhance the candidate experience through effective relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and outsourced partners.
Utilise data and analytics to inform and drive recruitment decisions
Managing the recruitment budget to create favourable cost savings per annum
