About the Role

* You will oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
* Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and productivity across the SDR organization.
* You will build and implement data-driven Outbound strategies to drive sales growth.
* Foster an environment of transparency and collaboration within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will consistently deliver against sales pipeline targets and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and qualified opportunity targets.

Motivate team members through creative incentives and develop their skills in sales, products, and industries.

Identify areas for improvement in Process, Efficiency, and Productivity and make recommendations for change.
