Led by a local owner and based in our brand-new Cromer office, we offer in-house training, a supportive team culture, and a commitment to setting the standard for care in our region.

We are currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time roles available as our team expands. Training is provided, so whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you every step of the way.

* Earn £20.25/hr on bank holidays (time and a half pay)

Responsibilities

* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
* Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
* Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.


Skills

* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
* Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
