The role of F&B Supervisor involves ensuring all guests are greeted warmly and tended to professionally. You will implement and maintain stock control, represent our passion for customer service, and familiarize yourself with product offerings and sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure seamless guest experiences through effective communication and attention to detail.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
* Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork among the breakfast team.
* Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, specials, and ingredients to provide expert recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and promote our products, driving revenue growth and exceeding departmental targets.
* Manage cash handling procedures according to established protocols.
* Mentor and guide the breakfast team under the guidance of food and beverage management.

The successful candidate will have:

* A deep understanding of hotel food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury property, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
* A strategic approach to work planning, prioritization, and problem-solving.
