Job Overview
The role of Business Program Manager is pivotal in leading the orchestration of ECIF planning and execution across multiple Operating Units (OUs). This entails ensuring alignment with business priorities and fiscal targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive transparency and accountability through monthly reporting on ECIF yield, spend, and at-risk allocations using Power BI and custom dashboards.
* Partner with Finance and field teams to forecast large DDI deals and proactively manage accruals and slips.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to account teams, guiding them through ECIF enablement processes and compliance requirements.
Program Management & Field Enablement
* Design and scale white-glove processes for high-value customer-supplier engagements, ensuring readiness and clarity from pre-deal through execution.
* Curate and deliver tailored insights and presentations for OU leadership, highlighting ECIF utilization, blockers, and opportunities.
* Collaborate with Sales Excellence, CSU, and finance to develop and disseminate best practices, tools, and templates that elevate ECIF maturity across the field.
Impact Acceleration & Stakeholder Engagement
* Influence a significant portion of ECIF and Global DDI funding by advising on spend plans, removing blockers, and aligning investments to strategic consumption goals such as ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue).
* Drive measurable business outcomes through targeted investment strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve MACC performance across key accounts.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across MCAPS, CSAs, and Global CSU to ensure field feedback informs program evolution.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience. Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, collaborative mindset, and capacity to drive results-oriented initiatives.
