We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts in the Munster region.
This key role involves forging strong client relationships and driving business growth within the construction sector. Primary responsibilities include developing and managing customer partnerships, executing strategic business development plans, overseeing project pipelines, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage customer relationships with Builders Merchants, Housebuilders, Contractors, and Specifiers to increase market presence.
* Execute business development plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company sales strategies.
* Oversee and manage project pipelines, including timely quoting, scheduling, and tracking through to closure.
* Develop, retain and grow market share in the assigned region.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting on the company CRM system.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in the construction industry, ideally with a sales or account management background.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Full, clean driving licence, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
