Key Responsibilities
· Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen with professionalism and creativity
· Design and execute seasonal menus with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and local produce
· Ensure impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety (HACCP)
· Maintain food cost control, manage inventory, and oversee supplier relationships
· Collaborate with the events team on bespoke menus for weddings, private dinners, and special events
· Mentor and train junior chefs to foster growth and maintain a high-performance team culture
· Innovate and adapt to culinary trends while staying true to our brand identity

Requirements
· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury or fine dining setting
· Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
· Strong leadership and communication skills, good commercial acumen
· Passion for sustainability, seasonality, and creativity in the kitchen
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
