Overview
Assistant Brand Manager to deliver and execute Keelings online, social and digital presence through content creation, content creator management, community engagement, and event coordination.
Role Responsibilities
Implement the organic and always‑on paid social media strategy across Keelings platforms.
Own day‑to‑day running of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and manage community engagement.
Support paid social ad set‑up, optimization and reporting in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
Create high‑quality social media assets using tools such as Canva; produce photography and short‑form video.
Manage relationships with content creators, influencers, agencies and freelancers, including briefing, approvals, delivery and tracking.
Own and manage the social content calendar, including scheduling, uploading and optimization.
Support management of the Keelings website and YouTube channel (content uploads, descriptions, thumbnails).
Plan, coordinate and support key brand events and sponsorships, handling logistics, on‑site execution and content capture.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and consumer PR (product seeding, PR drops).
Track and report on organic, paid and creator performance, share insights and recommendations with the Senior Brand Manager.
Assist the Marketing Intern with workload delivery and prioritization across digital and event activity.
Ensure strong, consistent brand storytelling across digital channels and live brand experiences.
Key Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and digital best practice.
Hands‑on lo‑fi content creation skills with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work without direct authority.
Commercial awareness of how digital and events activity supports brand objectives.
Attention to detail, professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
2 years’ experience in a social media or digital creation role.
Experience creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
Experience using content creation tools such as Canva or equivalent.
Experience working with external partners (content creators, influencers, agencies or freelancers).
Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Relevant third‑level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
Experience in digital and social platforms.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
Supporting events, sponsorships or brand activations.
Managing or supporting influencer and content creator activity.
Experience with FMCG, retail or food brands.
Experience using Meta and TikTok Ad Manager.
Interest in social media trends and content creators.
