HR Business Partner Role
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership. In this role, you will partner with Operations leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
* Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Analyse and interpret people metrics and data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
* Partner with line managers to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification preferred).
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role, ideally within manufacturing or retail.
* Proven track record in managing employee relations cases and driving engagement initiatives.
