Job Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill part-time Customer Service Advisor positions. The selected candidates will provide expert advice to customers and partners in the provision of emergency vehicle/home assistance services, covering Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor include delivering exceptional support via phone and email, managing operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, communicating clearly and empathetically with customers and partners, and handling conflicts and difficult customers effectively.
To excel in this role, individuals should possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Key Requirements
* Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations
* Coordinate seamlessly with our network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally to ensure swift and effective service delivery
* Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners
* Handle conflicts and difficult customers effectively
