Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide outstanding service as the primary contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs.
Ideal candidates are driven, intelligent, and detail-oriented. They pride themselves on spotting trends, identifying problems, and finding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and compare job advertisements with resumes according to guidelines.
* Moderate the quality of job ads and resumes, recognizing problematic patterns and 'red flags.'
* Collaborate with moderators via chat to resolve issues or assist with language translation.
* Identify scams, spam, and low-quality content, and determine how to handle them.
* Suggest improvements to products and internal tools.
* Help define policies guiding company-wide quality decisions.
* Maintain keen attention to detail to ensure error-free content.
* Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Communicate fluently in both Italian and English, verbally and in writing.
