Job Description:

The role of the Facilities Maintenance Technician is to provide frontline support to the operation of equipment issues as they arise. This involves carrying out Planned and Unplanned Maintenance activities, working to Operating Specifications, participating in Training and Development, and implementing BKM's for PM's and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:
">

* Maintenance of pressure profiles across areas
">
* Regular validations and responding to out of control and stop work notifications
">
* Troubleshooting all areas of the plant as required
">
* Repair and assembly of equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, sketches or drawings
">
* Use of test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
A minimum level 7 degree or have a level 6 qualification in a relevant trade discipline with experience, strong engineering knowledge, thorough understanding of equipment hardware – electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, etc., good decision-making skills and a logical approach to problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skills, quality/safety mindset.
