Key Responsibilities
* Support and empower individuals to develop or improve independent living skills, including assistance with daily tasks and personal care.
* Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual support programmes.
* Collaborate with other care professionals to promote a positive and supportive working environment, effectively resolving situations that may arise from conflict or challenging behaviours.
* Ensure accurate recording and logging of administrative requirements, adhering to our reporting guidelines.
* Familiarize yourself with all policies and procedures, ensuring attendance and participation in relevant training sessions.
