What You'll Be Doing
• Reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, including text, profiles, images, and videos
• Investigating reports and taking action according to platform policies
• Responding to user inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Staying informed of updated guidelines and applying them consistently
• Achieving set performance targets in quality, accuracy, and productivity
What We're Looking For
• Fluency in
Estonian
and
English
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical judgement
• A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
• Confidence working with online tools and digital platforms
• Previous experience in a structured, professional environment
