Our flagship restaurant, TRIBE, is set in a stunning converted church in Duleek, a place where locals and visitors alike gather to enjoy fresh, locally sourced dishes in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Just down the road sits another exciting venture….TRIBE Trucks at Bettystown House, a reimagined cattle barn turned buzzing social hub. Here, two food trucks and a pancake station serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, from eggs benedict and homemade pastries to tacos, burgers, and signature sourdough pizzas. It's fast-paced, full of life, and constantly evolving.
We're only just getting started. With big plans on the horizon, including a bakery, wine & cheese shop, BBQ station and more - we're looking for a General Manager who's as excited as we are to grow, innovate, and make their mark on something special.
Our group is growing and so is our vision. TRIBE now includes:
* TRIBE Restaurant Duleek, established 2019
* TRIBE Trucks in Bettystown, established 2023, open for breakfast, lunch & dinner seven days a week
* Bettystown House, established 2025 where we host exclusive private dining evenings and signature afternoon teas
The Role
This is not your typical General Manager position. It's hands-on, creative, and full of potential. You'll oversee TRIBE Trucks leading energetic teams, shaping guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
You'll work closely with the owners to bring new ideas to life, help roll out exciting new projects, and ensure that our food, service, and community spirit stay at the heart of everything we do.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right person - someone who's ambitious, loves a challenge, and wants to grow with a business that's expanding fast.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations at TRIBE Trucks.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire our team.
* Ensure consistent quality, service, and brand standards.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in every area of the business.
* Support new projects and expansion plans, from concept to launch.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse performance to achieve targets.
* Foster a positive, fun, and high-energy workplace culture.
* Represent the TRIBE brand in the community and strengthen local partnerships.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in hospitality management.
* A dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Creative thinker with an eye for opportunity and a flair for innovation.
* Excellent communicator with strong organisational and people skills.
* Financially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
* Passionate about local food, community, and genuine hospitality.
* Eager to grow with a business and make a visible impact.
* Strong attention to detail
