About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our compounding pharmacy team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting customized pharmaceutical solutions such as BHRT, dermatology, pain management, and veterinary formulations.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Educate healthcare professionals on personalized compounding solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales activities and market feedback.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical sales regulations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare (compounding experience a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are added attributes for this role.
