Job Description
EHS International is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) to join our client’s team for a major construction project in Munster. This role offers an excellent opportunity to ensure health and safety compliance during the design phase of a significant development.
As the PSDP, you will coordinate and oversee health and safety aspects of the design process, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation under the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to minimize risks and promote best practices for a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Act as the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and ensure all design risks are identified and mitigated.
* Coordinate with designers, architects, and engineers to integrate safety measures into the project.
* Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety laws, particularly the Construction Regulations 2013.
* Prepare and maintain the Safety File for the project.
* Communicate and collaborate with the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
* Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and advise on safety practices.
* Conduct safety audits and inspections throughout the design process.
* Provide regular reports to the client on safety compliance and risk management.
