Job Title: OTC Assistant

Reports to: Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview
To provide excellent customer service, assist with OTC medicine sales, and support the daily running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise customers on OTC products (within scope of training)
* Operate the till and handle sales accurately
* Stock shelves, check expiry dates, and maintain cleanliness
* Refer clinical queries to the pharmacist
* Support the pharmacy team as needed
Requirements
* Previous retail or pharmacy experience (preferred)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, friendly, and well-organised
* Willing to complete OTC training if not already qualified
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Contribute to window and floor displays (helpful)
