The role of HR Administrator involves working closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager to coordinate and administer a range of tasks related to Learning and Development and Human Resources.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating new hire onboarding and leaver processes
* Assisting with recruitment activities
* Providing support on a range of HR administration duties
* Assisting in the execution of all Learning and Development activities across the company
* Maintaining and updating the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all courses are tracked and associated training records are filed
* Assisting in identifying training needs
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers to arrange and schedule courses as identified in companywide training plans
* Arranging and communicating training schedules to employees and relevant departments
* Collecting feedback from employees and trainers to assess program effectiveness
In addition, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable
* Greeting and welcoming visitors courteously and professionally
* Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintaining office stationery and consumable supplies
Requirements:
1. Degree-level qualification in HR or Business
2. CIPD recognised qualification or working toward a CIPD qualification
3. 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably within HR or L&D
4. Excellent IT skills, with an ability to learn new systems
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels
8. Professional attitude and appearance
9. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
10. Flexible approach with the ability to take on tasks as required
